Lola and Lady were kind enough to take a moment out of their busy schedules of walks and hugs to come and have their photographs taken.

Lola and Lady, quite rightly, spent a large amount of time exploring their new surroundings as there were many new smells to be investigated. We started off going on a bit of a potter around the garden, letting them explore the area and getting accustomed to me too. We walked and stopped in a few different spots, every time we stopped the girlies took to running in complete circles around us, which was a new one for me. Despite this, one of the positive factors when photographing dogs is that bright sunlight does not really bother them and this was certainly the case. By plying them both with a few treats, we managed to capture their adorable personalities and I can't wait to go out with them again sometime.

I have done quite a few dog photo shoots by this time, but I have never had dogs who moved at such high speeds around me in perfect circles. What I quickly realised was that giving them a bit of extra time to get their energy out was the best course of action, and most of the sitting photos came after many sticks and balls were thrown.
